DISTANCE REIKI SESSIONS

A portion of your session is held over the phone, Zoom, or FaceTime - whichever is most convenient for you. For the most effective results, it is important for you to be in a quiet, peaceful place without interruption for the duration of our session. 

 

At the time of our session, I will establish an energetic connection with you which allows me access to your energy systems for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balancing and clearing.

You may wonder how many Reiki treatments you will need and how often should you get them. The answer depends on why you are making time for a Reiki treatment. You may need one session or a series of sessions, and after our first consultation, I will guide you on this. 

 

My goal is to empower you in your own health and healing, so I may also include some "homework" with your session which can include:

• breath work

• self-care tips
